If you have purchased a license earlier, when logging in the system will ask you to consolidate the accounts or change the email linked to the previous account.
If you purchased a Basic License before, it is advisable to consolidate the accounts as you will then be entitled to the new license. However, if you purchased a license earlier, it is up to you whether you wish to use the same license or not. If you wish to use the same license you will need to change the email. If you wish to consolidate your purchased license with the one provided by the university, you will be entitled to the same license and the system will give you a refund of the outstanding balance of the subscription This usually takes days.

While there is no specific rule about where your recordings should be saved, OIT and the CSC suggest saving your meetings locally on your computer, rather than cloud storage.
This will give you more flexibility with uploading through Kaltura, as well as more storage space.
